"Hello! I am Anastasia Eremenko, a 3rd-year student of the "Ecology" specialty. And today I want to tell you a little about my experience participating in the Erasmus+ academic mobility program. My mobility took place at the University of Life Sciences in Lublin.

First of all, this program gave me the opportunity to fulfill my dream and that is to try to study abroad, to try and compare education in Europe and in Ukraine. And it is really interesting to study here, a lot of attention is paid not only to theoretical knowledge, but also to the ability to use it in practice, so we always have quality field research, experiments, etc. The university also constantly organizes various events to integrate exchange students into the culture of Poland (for example, we held a Christmas workshop and paid attention to the Polish traditions of celebrating Christmas and the New Year in Poland). Also, you should not be afraid of misunderstandings during classes or other everyday things, as the teachers are always very welcoming and friendly to exchange students and will always come to the rescue or explain the material again.

The second thing that Erasmus gave me was new friends. Because Erasmus is always about people, and so my advice to those who are going is never to be afraid, you are all students and all in the same circumstances, and communication is your key to making new friends and learning about new cultures.

The third thing that Erasmus gave me was regular travel, and together with other students, we traveled around Poland and other European countries.

The fourth thing that this program provides is that while studying abroad, you have the opportunity to transfer the subjects you have studied at the host university to the corresponding subjects at Sumy State University".
