October 24, 2023 Associate Professor of the department, Dr. of Engineering Sciences, Associate Professor Iryna Ablieieva, at the invitation of her colleague Alex Enrich Prast from the Linköping University, Sweden, participated in a webinar lecture for students of higher education studying at this university under various programs, including exchange programs for foreign students. The seminar was part of the course "Sustainable Development in the Global Perspective", which focuses on major global impacts and the Agenda 2030.

According to the results of the 2022 competition, Doctor of Science, Assoc. prof. Iryna Ablieieva was awarded the prize of the National Academy of Sciences of Ukraine for young scientists and students for the best scientific works. Iryna Ablieieva took part in the competition with a scientific paper on the topic "Systematic approach to increasing the environmental safety of oil-producing areas". The work consisted of the monograph "A systematic approach to improving the environmental safety of oil-producing areas" (Ablieieva I. Yu., Plyatsuk L. D.) and four scientific articles in periodicals indexed by the scientometric databases Scopus and Web of Science Core Collection, which are combined a single scientific problem in accordance with the scientific direction of the author's research.
