On November 14, 2022, a lecture from the discipline "Environmental Impact Assessment" was held for students of specialties 101 "Ecology" and 183 "Technologies of Environmental Protection". The lecture was conducted by Inna SHKROBOT, Head of the Department of Environmental Assessment, Monitoring, and Economies of Nature Use of the Department of Environmental Protection and Energy of the Sumy Region State Administration. The subject of the lecture, according to the syllabus of the discipline, was "Assessment of the impact on atmospheric air".

During the lecture, Mrs. Inna explained what materials should be included in the section on the assessment of the impact on atmospheric air and what assessment criteria should be paid attention to. The main indicators and methods of calculating the impact on atmospheric air were reviewed. The specialist also provided approaches to the description of the basic scenario and assessment of the impact on the atmosphere at different stages of project implementation, from construction to operation. The impact assessment algorithm provided to the students represents the lecturer's many years of practical experience in conducting the Environmental Impact Assessment procedure.
